Dragon's Blood Tears

There are several tree species that produce resin commonly called Dragon's Blood.  Dragon's Blood Resin is used in folk medicine as an external wash that is said to help promote healing of wounds and to stop bleeding. Aside from the many medicinal uses, people also use this incredibly fragrant resin in recipes for incense, dyes, and inks. Its deep and rich scent is used to increase the potency of magical workings. Commonly used in cleansing rituals, attracting money or love, and banishing negative spirits and entities. Some Practitioners use Dragons Blood Resin as a substitute for candles or flame since its so closely associated with the element of fire. 

1.  Dracaena Cinnibari - original “Medieval” variety and is extremely rare. This is the original species that was traded in ancient times as a holy resin with Frankincense and Myrrh. It is currently only found on the island of Socotra off the coast of Yemen. We managed to get a small amount of these certified resin tears. The quality of these are unparalleled!
2. Daemonorops Draco is the most commonly used variety of resin producing tree and is found in many tropical Asian regions. Almost all Dragon's Blood that you may have used is this variety.
